In the depths of the Library of the House Wands, a bit of vellum has this long lost recipe carefully inscribed upon it. Most of the ingredients are unknown. The author is unknown and may the evil bastard stay that way.

Rose-Stuffed Pancakes

 Ingredients:

Pancake Batter:3/4 cup All Purpose flour

1/4 cup almond flour or meal

2 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

Pinch freshly ground green cardamom

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

3/4 cup buttermilk

1/2 tsp rose water, food grade

1/4 cup milk (a little more if batter is too thick!)
