Prc in the Player's Guide to Faerun

There are some PrC in the "Player's Guide to Faerun" book that need feats from the Book of Exahalted Deed [BoED] to enter.

Could those PrCs be allowed to be played on this site if those BoED feats requirements were replaced with similar feats from an approved site books?

This has been asked before - the answer is no, these PrCs are not available to PCs on the site.
